1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by RYZE Outdoor Co (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is a private promotional giveaway and is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling activity.
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, partners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on [START DATE](each raffle has it's own start and end date) and ends on [END DATE] (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the deadlines stated below to be eligible.
5. How to Enter
A. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-In Entry
To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten 3” x 5” card including your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the giveaway to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [POSTMARK DEADLINE] and received by [RECEIPT DEADLINE].
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries receive the same odds of winning as all other entries.
B. Merchandise or Wristband Entry
Participants may also receive a complimentary entry with the purchase of Sponsor merchandise or receipt of a promotional wristband. Merchandise and wristbands are sold for promotional and branding purposes only and are not required to enter or win.
6. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry, unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway description. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
7. Prize
Prize details, including descriptions and approximate retail value (“ARV”), will be disclosed on the giveaway landing page. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner(s) will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Taxes
Winner(s) are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless RYZE Outdoor Co, its owners, officers, partners, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winner(s) grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
14. Governing Law
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
